Amsterdam go home you're drunk

Amsterdam is on a whole different level then any other city I have been exposed to. I don't have any pictures of the red light district but the scantily clad ladies casually standing in the windows were enough to engrain a mental image forever. Yesterday I started out the day with a very emotional and sobering experience at the Anne Frank house. Then finishing the day I had to pass through the red light district to reach my hostel. I can't get over the faces of the women standing in the red glowing framed windows. These empty blank eyes hungry for attention. The drunken men falling through the streets gawking at each display. Couples, individuals and groups of friends walking through the streets as if they were in a zoo glancing left and right at each caged animal.

Emotionally wrecked from the Anne Frank experience, I was already a little drained, then being forced to walk through these streets more then once to get to my hostel I find myself somewhat angry and bewildered.
